Welcome to Smart Assist Virtual Assistants LLC dba Smart Associates' Terms and Conditions Policy! This policy governs our relationship with our clients who use our remote administrative services.

1. Services Provided: Smart Associates provides remote administrative services, including but not limited to, data entry, email management, appointment scheduling, transcription, social media and website management, research, and general administrative support. Our services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

2. Confidentiality: Smart Associates understands the importance of confidentiality and takes all measures to protect client information. All information shared with Smart Assist Virtual Assistants LLC will be treated as confidential and will not be disclosed without the client’s prior written consent.

3. Pricing: Smart Associates  offers hourly or project-based pricing rates. The client shall pay the full amount for services as indicated in signed contract with Smart Assist Virtual Assistants LLC dba Smart Associates.

4. Payment: Smart Assist Virtual Assistants LLC requires full payment of fees upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been made. All payments are made by Invoice.

5. Termination of Services: Either party may terminate services at any time with notice as indicated in signed contract prior to start of services. Smart Assist Virtual Assistants LLC dba Smart Associates may also terminate services without notice or refund for any actions that violate this agreement, such as violation of confidentiality or non-payment.

6. Liability: Smart Associates is not liable for any damages, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or punitive damages, that may arise from the provision of our services. Smart Assist Virtual Assistants LLC shall not be liable for any losses that result from any delays, interruptions, or errors in the provision of our services.

7. Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure: Any confidential information disclosed to Smart Assist Virtual Assistants LLC by the client will remain confidential and not be shared with any third party. Smart Assist Virtual Assistants LLC will take all reasonable measures to ensure that any confidential information remains confidential and is not disclosed without the client’s written consent. 

8. Privacy Policy: Smart Associates respects client privacy and will only collect, use and disclose personal information for the purposes of providing administrative support. Smart Associates will take all reasonable measures to ensure the security and confidentiality of all personal information we collect. 

9. Non-Disclosure of Company Information: Smart Assist Virtual Assistants LLC dba Smart Associates will not disclose any information pertaining to the company and its operations to any third party without the consent of the client.

10. Governing Law: This agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes or litigation arising from this agreement will be resolved in the courts of the State of Florida.
